Just finished shooting "Nancy", a truly wonderful script written and directed by #ChristinaChoe with a truly uniquely complicated and compelling female lead, played by the wonderful  #AndreaRiseborough and supported by an amazing cast lead by #JSmithCameron and #SteveBuscemi who was brilliant as always. I have recently wrapped Sneaky Pete for Amazon, due to be released for streaming in January 2016 and am currently still working on Showtimes The Affair, in its 3rd season. Season 3 of The Affair will premiere November 20th.

Rene Ifrah als Petruchio in "Shakespears Letzte Runde"/ Rene Ifrah as Petruchio in working title picture "Shakespea's Last Round" will air on Frnace's and Germany's ARTE April 23, 2016

Im Auftrag von ZDF/3sat und ZDF/Arte verfilmte Wieduwilt Film & TV Production GmbH anlässlich des 400. Todestages von William Shakespeare im November 2015 eine Adaption nach Motiven aus acht großen Dramen und Komödien des Dramatikers, unter anderen mit Iris Berben und Reiner Schöne als Oberon und Titania. Regisseur Achim Bornhak inszenierte nach einem Drehbuch von Susanne Finken. Das Projekt wurde mit einer exzellenten Besetzung realisiert: Neben Iris Berben und Reiner Schöne konnten unter anderen Catrin Striebeck, Wilfried Hochholdinger, Burak Yigit und Ruby O Fee, sowie Max Hegewald, Max Mauff und Isolda Dychauk, René Ifrah und Nathalia Belitski für die Produktion gewonnen werden. Ausstrahlung wird voraussichtlich der 23 April auf Arte sein.

ZDF / 3sat and ZDF / Arte and Wieduwilt Film & TV Production GmbH started principal Photography in early December 2015 in Berlin on the Film with the working title "Shakespear's Last Round" in commemoration of the 400th anniversary of the death of William Shakespeare.   Director Achim Bornhak directed with a script penned by Susanne Finken. In addition to Iris Berben and Reiner Schöne  the cast consists of Catrin Striebeck, Wilfried Hochholdinger, Burak Yigit and Ruby O Fee, and Max Hegewald, Max Mauff and Isolda Dychauk, René Ifrah and Nathalia Belitski. The Film will airs April 23 on Arte in Germany and France.

Soko Leipzig unter Regie von Roberto Del Maestro

Nach 3 Jahren hatte ich das Vergnügen für ein weiteres mal für das absolut nette und zuvor kommende Team von SOKO Leipzig, unter der Regie von Roberto Del Maestro, vor der Kamera zu stehen. Irrsinnigerweise durfte ich auch gleich mit meinem Homeland Kollegen Alireza Bayram Aweiter drehen. Es war eine absolute Freude das Team und die Kollegen wieder zu sehn und auch endlich mal wieder in Leipzig etwas Zeit zu verbringen. Infos über Ausstrahlung folgt.

I am excited to have joined the cast of Homeland, season 5, shooting in Berlin, Germany, in a six episode arc. Homeland season 5 will begin airing in the US on Showtime Oct. 4th, 2015.
